A cozy stay with a view

My stay was enjoyable, thanks to the sparkling clean studio and the amazing staff. The kitchenette amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine, were a delightful touch, making mornings special.

However, I had an unpleasant experience with a persistent drain smell in the bathroom. Despite requesting a room change, the cleaning treatment only masked the odor temporarily, making the stay a bit uncomfortable.

Cleaning definitely needs attention!!! The air conditioner and fridge noise disrupted my sleep. The covered window provided no view. An upgrade of gym equipment would make a real difference!!!

I had a great experience during my stay, particularly due to the exceptional customer service from Edmundo at the reception, who really went above and beyond to help us. The room was spacious and had all the essentials, including a functional kitchenette and a large fridge, which made it easy to settle in. This hotel was just a strong match for a transient visit in Mexico City with value for price. The self-service laundry facilities were convenient, but be prepared for potential issues with some of the machines. Consider bringing your own laundry soap if you plan to wash clothes, as supplies are limited.

The well-equipped room included a Nespresso coffee maker and full kitchen amenities, perfect for longer stays. The staff, especially Edmundo at the front desk, were highly attentive and provided excellent assistance throughout my stay, making the experience enjoyable and efficient.

Rooms are clean, and the presence of washing machines adds to the convenience, especially for longer stays. Fresh pizza available nearby was an unexpected treat, perfect for a quick meal after exploring.
